Booking terms and cancellation policy
These rules are part of the registration terms. They apply to every paramotor, Jimny 4x4 raid or motocross booking.
Cancellation clause
If the participant cancels, registration fees are refunded as follows: more than 30 days before the event: 90% of amounts paid; 15 to 30 days before the event: 50% of amounts paid; less than 15 days before the event, or no-show on the day: no refund. Bank charges and the handling fee remain payable by the participant.
Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel, paid amounts are refunded on this scale. Bank charges and a 50 € handling fee stay with you, whatever the notice period.

If DesertFlow cancels for unsafe weather, you receive 100% of amounts paid (except bank fees already charged by your bank).

- Sign in to your booking file.
- Submit a request with a reason. It is not automatic: DesertFlow must approve it.
- The estimated refund (rate minus 50 €) is shown first.
